We manufacture and supply all our products with the utmost care. However, it may happen that your order is delivered to you defective as a result of handling during transport. If the defect is caused by the transport, we kindly ask you to take pictures of the contents as soon as they arrive and to send them to us so that we can hold the transporter accountable or recover the damage. We will send you a replacement product as a replacement for your defective order. Please contact us within 24 hours to report the defect.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us. From 15 February 2016 it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
