Glossary of terms

In these General Terms and Conditions the following terms have the following meaning:

Participant: the natural person who has registered to participate in a workshop by or through Freespirit Horse Art.

Customer: the individual legal entity or a legal entity acting jointly on behalf of a number of participants, who books/purchases a workshop from Freespirit Horse Art for their own benefit or for the benefit of one or more potential participants.

Registration
The minimum age of the student is 14 years if unaccompanied, and under this age the student must be accompanied by someone at least 16 years old.
Registration by the student or the client is possible via the Internet by sending the contact form on our website www.freespirithorseart.com or by sending a request in the reservation module on the website of www. freespirithorseart.com. A request for a workshop can also be sent to info@freespirithorseart.com
The agreement resulting from the registration comes into force when a confirmed answer is received by signed e-mail.
After registration you will receive a confirmation from us. 3 weeks before the start of the course, the status is final and a withdrawal is no longer possible. The costs are listed in the general terms and conditions.
Registration for participation in the Freespirit Horse Art Location is in the order of receipt.
If a course is fully booked, the participant will be notified in good time. If the student decides to attend the same workshop with a different start date, he/she must re-register, whereby a cancellation free of charge more than 3 weeks before the date of the original registration must be taken into account.

Your name and address details may be used by us to keep you informed of our activities. For each workshop group a list of participants with names and address data will be created. This list is used to check the data and will not be handed out to the participants.

Financial conditions
The participation/registration fee must be paid at least 3 weeks before the start by bank transfer in advance. Cash payments as well as payments by cheque are not accepted.
If payment is not made within 3 weeks before the start, € 25,- administration fee will be charged from the last week.
Freespirit Horse Art is entitled to exclude participants from participation in the event of non-payment or late payment of the participation fees, provided that the deficiency justifies this exclusion. However, this does not release the participant from the obligation to pay the above-mentioned 25% refund or to pay the full participation fee.
All costs incurred to collect the overdue amounts will be borne by the negligent student or the contact person who requested / reserved the workshop and with whom the agreement is concluded.
Cancellation by the student | Client
The registration is valid for the duration of the entire workshop for which the student has registered.
In the case of registration via the website, the student has seven days from the date of registration to cancel the course free of charge, with the last date being more than three weeks before the start of the course. During these seven days, the student may cancel the agreement without giving reasons. In this case, payments already made will be refunded. After the end of the cancellation period of seven days, the student may only terminate the agreement prematurely if the following conditions are met.
If the student wishes a different start date after registration, he/she should first log out and register again. The cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of the registration already made.
The cancellation of a registration must be made by e-mail with a confirmation of receipt. E-mail to info@freespirithorseart.com.
When assessing the cancellation period, the date of receipt of the e-mail will be taken as the starting point.
In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the start of the course, but more than 7 days, a percentage of 20% of the registration fee will be charged as administrative costs.
For cancellations 7 days or more before the start of the course, 100% of the workshop price will be charged.
For cancellations on or after the scheduled start of the course, the full course price plus € 25.00 administration fee will be charged.
If the student does not appear, the full course price plus 8,50 € administration costs will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before the start of the course no refund is possible.

Copyright and ownership of course material
The copyright and ownership of the course material is held by Freespirit Horse Art.
The material may not be reproduced, stored in an automated database or made public by means of printing, photocopying, microfilm or in any other way without the prior written consent of Freespirit Horse Art.
It is not allowed to make the course material available to third parties.
Infringement of copyright or property rights is considered a criminal offence.
Quality
Freespirit Horse Art does everything in its power to ensure the quality of the workshop. Should the student nevertheless have complaints about the quality of the course, the student can write to the management of Freespirit Horse Art.
Any claim for compensation will never exceed the price of the course you owe.

Applicable law and competent court
All agreements made with the student are subject to German law. All disputes will be brought before the competent court.
